A successful start in Playa de Palma – Fully booked before opening
Baysense launched with great success: all private offices at our first location were rented out before opening day.
Today, we offer over 1.600 m² of workspace across three locations in Playa de Palma – making us one of the largest coworking spaces in the Balearic Islands.
Baysense 2 Expansion – More Space, Same Vibe
We’ve opened our second coworking space right next to our original location – adding 900 m² of brand-new workspace including 16 private offices (with 24/7 access), 4 meeting rooms and a lounge for up to 70 people.
Working by the beach has its advantages – many of our coworkers say the sea and sunshine boost their mood, mindset, and productivity from the moment they arrive.
